Sumbit your search criteria for your vacation rental property and then browse the available properties. Tell the owner what your willing to pay and see if your offer is accepted. All properties have a price the owner normally accepts for that property for a certain time period. Keep this price in mind when submitting your offer. You can offer a lower price then the property’s value, but keep in mind the further away from the suggested price your offer is the less chance your offer will be accepted.
